Look at the bright side

Often the ideal life we all aspire seems far away, and the mere next thought might make us anxious. But continuing to tap on the present moment just to remorse is unfair. It is easy to accord in a crowd to complain about how tough life is. However, if we could maintain a good attitude each time our mind shifted to a negative thought, we could embrace smaller changes that are possible now.

Watching sunrises doesn’t have to be a vacation activity, near a beach or between mountains, Since the sun rises in every part of the world, even if we are in a busy city or in a multistory apartment, we can still enjoy watching the sunrise in the middle of nature.

Instead of condemning yourself for a rested weekend, be grateful that you got a quality rest, which is also an effective use of your time. Prioritize on physical and mental wellbeing. Activities like walking, writing, or anything else requiring your hands and legs could make every hour more enjoyable for us.

On a hard day, remembering the list of people who loves you or realizing you have people at home who will miss you when you leave for work should be enough to keep you in appreciation rather than whining about how much better life could be. Looking at the bright side, does not imply dismissing life's reality. It merely fosters gratitude on the small acts and small pleasures.

When you tell yourself, "I am enough," you are not telling yourself to stop running; rather, you are releasing yourself from a circumstance where you are stuck. Using the best of the situations around is what would result in an overall satisfaction. Even the joy of receiving a phone call from your best friend, finding a parking spot at a mall on a Sunday evening, or enjoying a beautiful dinner is enough to celebrate life.

Keeping the attitude right comes with lot of practice and efficiency too. Larger milestones are occasional; Great moments are what we make from our mundane life. If you have missed to dance, remember the song is still playing.
